For a new business pitch we built a huge presentation deck, in which I was in charge for all texts. We won both global social media lead accounts for the Ferrero brands Rocher and Raffaello.


For the pitch presentation’s Rocher part I came up with the idea of a communication manifesto, serving as a tonality directive as well as a netiquette; therefore it had two parts.


For the second brand I explained the idea strategically in form of a more classical brand manifesto.
